Buyer Won
Irish eyes were smiling on our Buyer yesterday! After looking at many units and missing out on one; the perfect unit appeared for sale for this first time buyer. She had to wait, there was a set presentation date for offers almost a week away. Another offer came in from another buyer. Now a bidding war began; but with a happy ending for our buyer. Her offer was accepted!
