Buyer! This is the right time! REMAX Canada's 2026 Housing Market Outlook Report points to a market that’s beginning to shift. Homebuyer interest picked up this fall, and the trend is expected to continue, translating to a 3.4% increase in national residential sales in 2026. With more inventory and easing price pressures in many markets, buyers could be ready to come off the sidelines.
