Irish eyes were smiling on our Buyer yesterday! After looking at many units and missing out on one; the perfect unit appeared for sale for this first time buyer. She had to wait, there was a set presentation date for offers almost a week away. Another offer came in from another buyer. Now a bidding war began; but with a happy ending for our buyer. Her offer was accepted!

Hello Folks, anyone who really knows us, knows February kicks off the Birthday Season for this family with the birthday of the Grand-Mom. Every few weeks from now til summer we will be celebrating. Nothing wrong with that at all.  It sure does keep you happy.
